• Returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We are not responsible for lost or missing packages during return transit—please obtain and keep a tracking number for your return.

🔁 Return Eligibility

• All returns are eligible for merchandise exchange only.
• In-store returns must be made within 14 days and include a receipt.
• Online returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and must include a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box and in unworn condition.
• Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke, deodorant, makeup, or perfume, with all original tags attached.
