I grew up in Alexandria and loved small local shops like Her Closet, Dressed to the Bixby, Hoity Toity, etc. What JolieFemme has created is TRULY unique. Tracy and Brandy are hilarious and sweet, and genuinely go the extra mile to make sure you look and feel fabulous.
If you aren't following them on Instagram, you are missing your daily dose of laughter (and sales and special items). I will order again and again from this shop, not just because they have the freshest of the fresh fashion picks, but because I always leave with a smile.
